Since 01.05.2003 the Czech Republic has been a member of European Union – EU.
Since 01.01.2008 it has become one of the Schengen agreement states.
These facts speak for the attractiveness of permanent resident visa for Czech Republic. It enables you to travel unlimitedly through all the countries of Schengen agreement (all EU member states including Norway and Switzerland except UK, Ireland, Bulgaria and Romania).
Visa status is obtained through the nomination as director of Czech limited company (s.r.o.). Once you are nominated as director and your criminal record (character certificate) is clear without any offence in the past, you are fully entitled to obtain Czech business visa.
First visa is valid for one year. Each following prolongation is valid for two years.
The procedure of visa settlement can take up to the 3 months.
